Who We Serve
One architecture, different needs
What a company needs from its finance operation changes with size and stage. Here is what we prioritise for six profiles — and where the model is not the right answer.
Who We Serve
One model, different needs
What a company needs from its finance operation changes with its size and stage. Here is what we prioritise for six profiles.
New Ventures
Set the company up, and set its finance foundation up correctly from day one.
Decisions made at formation stay with you for years. When the company type, tax regime and record-keeping are right from the start, you are not going back to correct them while you are trying to grow.
- Comparison of company types and tax regimes
- Formation and e-document applications completed
- A working bookkeeping routine from day one
- A compliance calendar for the first 12 months
SMEs
A professional finance operation without building a full-time department.
Employing a bookkeeper, an accountant and a reporting specialist at the same time is not realistic for most SMEs. A team-based model gives you all three capabilities through a single structure.
- Daily bookkeeping and ledger management
- The full payroll and SGK process
- Monthly management report
- One flow, coordinated with your accountant
Growing Companies
Keep your finance processes ahead of your growing operation.
When revenue doubles, transaction volume doubles with it. A setup that depends on one person breaks at this point, and the break shows first in collections, then in reporting.
- Process map and authority matrix
- Scalable operational capacity
- Cash flow and budget monitoring
- Setup for new companies and new branches
Import and Export
Run finance, accounting and foreign trade operations as one.
In foreign trade, unless landed cost, exchange differences and the document chain are managed together, real profitability becomes impossible to see.
- Landed cost calculated file by file
- Currency position and exchange difference tracking
- Coordination with your customs broker
- Export proceeds and FX compliance follow-up
Foreign Investors
Run your Turkish entity and its finance operation from a single point.
Setting up a company in Türkiye means working with people who know both the local legislation and how operations actually run here. From formation through to payroll, you deal with one point of contact.
- Company formation with foreign shareholders
- Local accounting and tax compliance
- Work permits for foreign employees
- Reporting in a format head office can use
Certified Public Accountants (SMMM)
Hand your clients' daily operation to a professional team.
Day-to-day operational requests consume the time a certified public accountant (SMMM) would otherwise spend on professional work. We take that load on so you can focus on what you are licensed to do.
- Handling invoice, ledger and document requests
- Putting daily client communication in order
- A complete document set before each close
- An operational partnership, not competition
Sectors We Work With Most
Sector-agnostic model, priority areas
The model is not sector-specific, but we know the transaction patterns and typical bottlenecks in these areas particularly well.
Our main focus is companies with a real operation that are growing and want to professionalise their finance function. Newly founded companies are also in scope.
The Decision
One employee,
or a team?
We compared an in-house bookkeeper with a team-based outsourced model across the same criteria. The point is not to claim a lower cost, but to show a structural difference.
This comparison is intended to explain structural differences. Every company has a different transaction volume, sector and set of expectations; for many businesses a team-based model can produce a more workable operation than an in-house hire. We do not promise a specific saving.
An Honest Boundary
The model is not right for everyone
We would rather say up front where we are not the right fit. If any of the following applies, we will discuss it openly in the first call.
- If most of the work requires someone physically present: cash counting, warehouse checks, heavy cash collection.
- If what you need is an office assistant at a desk who also handles non-finance tasks.
- If your volume would keep more than one full-time person busy, building your own finance team may be the better call. In that case we add more value setting the department up and on reporting than running the operation.
- If there is no appetite inside the company to move documents into a digital workflow.
For some companies the right answer is a hybrid: one person inside collecting documents and doing on-site checks, with a team outside running and reporting the operation. We build that too.

Let's work out which profile fits you.
