4. Legal basis
Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds of the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and the legitimate interests of the data controller. Completing the contact form falls within this scope and does not require separate explicit consent. For processing that does require explicit consent, such as sending commercial electronic messages, your consent is obtained separately through a separate checkbox.
5. Transfers
Your personal data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be transferred, under confidentiality obligations, to authorised public institutions where required by law and, to the extent necessary to deliver the service, to the accountants, auditors and technical infrastructure providers we work with (hosting, email, customer relationship management). Some of the infrastructure providers used may be located abroad; in such cases we act in accordance with the KVKK provisions on transfers abroad.
6. Retention period
Data is retained for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was processed and for the minimum retention periods set out in the relevant legislation. Once that period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. If the service relationship ends, records and documents are handed over to you; the copies remaining with us are destroyed within a defined period and by a defined method.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion or destruction of the data
- Request that such actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
- Object to a result reached to your detriment through analysis by automated systems
- Claim compensation if you suffer loss as a result of unlawful processing
You can send your requests to info@bekastrateji.com.tr. Applications are concluded within the period set out in the relevant legislation.
8. Cookies
Our website uses the minimum technical cookies required for it to function. No third-party tracking cookies are used for marketing or profiling. The site loads its fonts from its own server and sends no requests to external font, advertising or tracking networks. If analytics measurement is introduced, this section and, where required, a cookie consent flow will be updated.
9. Data security
Access to data is limited on a role basis; sensitive processes such as payroll run under separate authorisation. Data is transferred through defined channels, and a mutual confidentiality undertaking is signed before work begins.
10. Updates
This text may be revised in line with changes in legislation and in the scope of our services. The current version is published on this page.
