What We Do
Companies buy accounting but still run the finance operation themselves. The gap shows up as late collections, ledgers that do not reconcile and documents nobody can find at month end.
We close that gap. A team runs the daily operation, we own the coordination with the accounting side, and management gets a regular, readable picture. You end up with a structure that depends on a system rather than on one person.
Invoicing, ledgers, banking, collections, payments and document flow sit with us. You no longer need an in-house role to chase them.
We coordinate with your certified public accountant (SMMM) and manage the flow of documents and information. If you prefer, our own team can provide that service too.
Cash position, receivables ageing and a monthly management report come as standard. On critical matters you hear from us immediately.
The Current Picture
Six patterns we keep seeing in client conversations. If even one feels familiar, the issue is process design rather than staffing.
When that person is on leave, off sick or resigns, the operation stops — and most of the knowledge leaves with them.
Was the invoice issued? Was the payment made? Did the document go out? The agenda fills up with operational checking.
Documents arrive in one batch at month end, and errors get patched with retrospective corrections.
Balance disputes delay collections and make any cash forecast unreliable.
Profitability is discussed once a year, usually only through a tax lens.
A new hire inherits an undefined process, and the same pattern repeats itself.
The Decision
We compared an in-house bookkeeper with a team-based outsourced model across the same criteria. The point is not to claim a lower cost, but to show a structural difference.
This comparison is intended to explain structural differences. Every company has a different transaction volume, sector and set of expectations; for many businesses a team-based model can produce a more workable operation than an in-house hire. We do not promise a specific saving.
The Model
Accountants are not our competitors. By taking on the daily finance operation, we make the work easier for the company and for the accountant alike.
The model for accountantsWhat they gainA more orderly, more professional finance operation
What we take onThe entire daily finance operation
What they gainFocus on expertise instead of operational load
We bring the company, the accountant and the daily finance operation together in a single coordination layer. Everyone does their own work, and we close the gap in between.
Operating Model
In most companies, financial information travels between points that are not connected to each other. Every gap between them means delay and error.
The owner deals with nine separate points, one at a time.
One coordination layer: a defined flow, a single point of contact and regular reporting.
How We Work
The path we follow from the first conversation to full handover. The aim is not to start a service, but to build an operation that works.
See the full processWe talk through the size of the company, its sector, transaction volume and current structure, and map out together who currently does what.
1 meetingWe trace invoicing, documents, collections, payments and payroll end to end, identifying bottlenecks and duplicated work.
3–5 daysWe settle the scope, the team structure and the reporting set. If we are working alongside your existing accountant, we define how coordination will run.
1 weekWe put in place a single point for document collection, a naming standard, access permissions and communication channels. This step is the backbone of the operation.
1 weekWe take the operation over. For the first period we run in parallel with the existing setup and close the gaps that surface.
2–4 weeksService Architecture
We structured our work as nine connected areas rather than a long list. Start with what you need today and widen the scope as the business grows.

We do not sell packages. We decide on the starting model together, based on your transaction volume, your team and your current relationship with an accountant.
Let's Find Your ModelDaily bookkeeping and finance operations

Operations, coordination with your accountant and reporting
Alongside the daily operation, we also handle coordination with your existing accountant and your management reporting.
Best suited toCompanies that want to keep their accountant and need proper reporting
Bookkeeping, general accounting, tax and statutory filings
The whole finance and accounting operation under one roof. The statutory accounting and tax work is handled by our own team.

Financial management support on top of the operation: budgeting, financial analysis, process design and participation in management meetings.
Best suited toCompanies that need financial management support through growth, investment or lending processes
These are not fixed packages or subscription plans. We define the scope of work together, based on your business needs, transaction volume, team structure and your existing relationship with your accountant.
Who We Serve
What a company needs from its finance operation changes with its size and stage. Here is what we prioritise for six profiles.
All profilesSet the company up, and set its finance foundation up correctly from day one.
Decisions made at formation stay with you for years. When the company type, tax regime and record-keeping are right from the start, you are not going back to correct them while you are trying to grow.
A professional finance operation without building a full-time department.
Employing a bookkeeper, an accountant and a reporting specialist at the same time is not realistic for most SMEs. A team-based model gives you all three capabilities through a single structure.
Keep your finance processes ahead of your growing operation.
When revenue doubles, transaction volume doubles with it. A setup that depends on one person breaks at this point, and the break shows first in collections, then in reporting.
Run finance, accounting and foreign trade operations as one.
In foreign trade, unless landed cost, exchange differences and the document chain are managed together, real profitability becomes impossible to see.
Run your Turkish entity and its finance operation from a single point.
Setting up a company in Türkiye means working with people who know both the local legislation and how operations actually run here. From formation through to payroll, you deal with one point of contact.
Hand your clients' daily operation to a professional team.
Day-to-day operational requests consume the time a certified public accountant (SMMM) would otherwise spend on professional work. We take that load on so you can focus on what you are licensed to do.
Cost Comparison Tool
Desk space, equipment, software licences, recruitment, training and the capacity lost to leave never appear as a single payroll line. Added up, the picture changes.
The tool gives an approximate comparison. It is not a quote, an official cost calculation or a savings guarantee.

How We Build Trust
This work means handling a company's most sensitive data. We earn that trust through a defined way of working, not through promises.
Every client has a named lead and a named backup. Leave, illness or a change in the team does not stop the operation.
Who does what, and in what order, is written down. The work runs on a defined flow rather than on individual habits.
Access to data is role-based. Sensitive processes such as payroll run under separate authorisation.
Personal data is processed for a defined purpose and period, in line with obligations under KVKK (Türkiye's data protection law).
The person who makes the entry is not the person who checks it. Reconciliation runs to a set calendar.
What has been done, what is outstanding and what risks have emerged are shared in regular reports.
We do not claim certifications or audit credentials we do not hold. The items above are practices defined in our engagement terms and service workflow.
Insights
We write up the questions that come up most often in client conversations. Not sales copy — frameworks you can apply.
All insightsWhat a bookkeeper costs is not what appears on the payroll run. Once the invisible line items and the structural risks are counted, the picture changes.
ReadOutsourcing is not the right answer for every company. We separate the situations where the model genuinely creates value from those where an in-house team is the better call.
ReadThe two terms are used interchangeably far too often. In practice they are separate processes, serving different purposes and carrying different responsibility.
