Service Models

Scope, not packages

We do not sell bronze, silver and gold tiers. The four models show the architecture; scope and pricing follow your transaction volume.

Service Models

Four ways to work, one architecture

We do not sell packages. We decide on the starting model together, based on your transaction volume, your team and your current relationship with an accountant.

Let's Find Your Model

Operations

Daily bookkeeping and finance operations

Running the daily operation without a bookkeeper on your payroll. Your accountant continues with their own work.

  • Invoice and document processes
  • Customer and supplier ledger management
  • Banking, collections and payment follow-up
  • Digital document flow
  • Monthly operations summary

Best suited toCompanies looking to hire a bookkeeper, or not getting enough from the one they have

Finance Centre

Bookkeeping, general accounting, tax and statutory filings

The whole finance and accounting operation under one roof. The statutory accounting and tax work is handled by our own team.

  • Everything in the Integrated model
  • Statutory books and tax returns
  • Tax advisory and planning
  • Payroll and SGK processes
  • One point of contact, one line of responsibility

Best suited toCompanies that would rather not deal with several separate providers

Strategic Partnership

Finance Centre plus analysis, budgeting and process design

Financial management support on top of the operation: budgeting, financial analysis, process design and participation in management meetings.

  • Everything in the Finance Centre model
  • Budget preparation and variance tracking
  • Financial analysis and scenario work
  • Process and operations optimisation
  • Periodic management meetings

Best suited toCompanies that need financial management support through growth, investment or lending processes

These are not fixed packages or subscription plans. We define the scope of work together, based on your business needs, transaction volume, team structure and your existing relationship with your accountant.

Pricing

Price follows scope.

We do not price from fixed packages, because two companies rarely carry the same bookkeeping load. After the introductory call you get a written scope definition and a matching proposal.

What determines the fee

  • Monthly document and invoice volume
  • Number of active customer and supplier accounts
  • Number of bank accounts and collection channels
  • Headcount, if payroll is in scope
  • Whether there are import or export transactions
  • Reporting scope and frequency
  • Number of entities in a group structure

Scope is reviewed periodically. If your volumes change for good, the model is updated accordingly — no surprise add-ons. Depending on scope, engagements run monthly or per period, and the terms are agreed at proposal stage.

Moving Between Models

Changing model is straightforward

Most companies start with the Operations model, move to Integrated when reporting needs grow, and to the Finance Centre when they want the accounting side handled too.

01

Widening the scope

Adding an area does not require a fresh setup; the workflow already exists and the new area joins the existing rhythm.

02

Adding a new entity

When a new company joins the group, the same standard applies and consolidated reporting becomes possible.

03

Ending the engagement

Your data is yours. If the engagement ends, documents, reports and process records are handed over in order — we leave things as tidy as we found them.

FAQ

Questions about models and pricing

The questions we hear most about scope, getting started and pricing.

Which accounting software can you work with?
We can work remotely with most of the bookkeeping and ERP solutions in common use in Türkiye. You can carry on using your current software. If you are not using any, we recommend a setup suited to your transaction volume.
Can we take only one part of the service?
Yes. A narrow start is possible: bookkeeping only, payroll only or reporting only. The real benefit of the model comes from connecting the processes to each other, but you can widen the scope over time.
Our company is very small. Is this still suitable?
We work with newly formed companies and low-volume businesses too. At that scale, employing someone full-time is usually not realistic in any case; we start with a narrow model matched to the need.
How do you price?
Pricing is not based on fixed packages but on scope and transaction volume. The main factors are the monthly number of documents and invoices, the number of ledger accounts, headcount, whether there is foreign trade, and the reporting scope. After an initial conversation we share a written scope and proposal.
How long does the transition take?
It depends on the size of the company, but analysis and setup usually take a few weeks. During handover we run in parallel with the existing setup and close the gaps that remain.
Is the result from the cost calculator a quote?
No. The cost calculator is an estimation tool that helps you see the total cost of an in-house bookkeeper; it is not a service quote. A proposal is shared in writing once the scope has been agreed.
