Introduction and needs analysis
We talk through the size of the company, its sector, transaction volume and current structure, and map out together who currently does what.
1 meetingWorking Model
A remote finance operation succeeds or fails on the workflow built in the first few weeks. That is why we split onboarding into eight defined steps.
Typical transition
Analysis and setup usually take a few weeks. During handover we run in parallel with your current setup and close the open gaps.
How We Work
The path we follow from the first conversation to full handover. The aim is not to start a service, but to build an operation that works.
We talk through the size of the company, its sector, transaction volume and current structure, and map out together who currently does what.
1 meetingWe trace invoicing, documents, collections, payments and payroll end to end, identifying bottlenecks and duplicated work.
3–5 daysWe settle the scope, the team structure and the reporting set. If we are working alongside your existing accountant, we define how coordination will run.
1 weekWe put in place a single point for document collection, a naming standard, access permissions and communication channels. This step is the backbone of the operation.
1 weekWe take the operation over. For the first period we run in parallel with the existing setup and close the gaps that surface.
2–4 weeksWe put the flow of documents and information to your certified public accountant (SMMM) in order. If you prefer, our own team can provide the accounting and tax service instead.
OngoingA weekly cash view, a monthly management report and a periodic review meeting go into the calendar.
OngoingAs volume grows, or a new company or country is added, the scope expands. There is no hiring round to run.
As neededOperating Rhythm
What happens when is clear from day one. Regular reporting, with immediate visibility on anything critical.
We do not treat every request the same way. Urgent and critical matters are prioritised and the process is managed by severity.
Digital Workflow
A remote model requires documents to move digitally through a defined flow. We build that flow for you and then run it.
Documents arrive through one channel. The scattered flow of different people sending things different ways stops.
Requests come in through one flow, get routed to the right specialist, and the outcome comes back to you in an orderly way. You do not chase different people.
Close, payroll and reporting dates are set in the calendar from the start. Nobody has to chase a deadline.
Who does what and when is written down. The process survives changes in people, and the document belongs to you.
Operating Model
In most companies, financial information travels between points that are not connected to each other. Every gap between them means delay and error.
The owner deals with nine separate points, one at a time.
One coordination layer: a defined flow, a single point of contact and regular reporting.
Team Structure
You deal with one person: the specialist assigned to your company. Behind them sit separate specialists for payroll, tax, foreign trade and reporting. When your lead is on leave, a named backup steps in.
How We Build Trust
This work means handling a company's most sensitive data. We earn that trust through a defined way of working, not through promises.
Every client has a named lead and a named backup. Leave, illness or a change in the team does not stop the operation.
Who does what, and in what order, is written down. The work runs on a defined flow rather than on individual habits.
Access to data is role-based. Sensitive processes such as payroll run under separate authorisation.
Personal data is processed for a defined purpose and period, in line with obligations under KVKK (Türkiye's data protection law).
The person who makes the entry is not the person who checks it. Reconciliation runs to a set calendar.
What has been done, what is outstanding and what risks have emerged are shared in regular reports.
We do not claim certifications or audit credentials we do not hold. The items above are practices defined in our engagement terms and service workflow.
